Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate or equivalent\u00a0
\n\tTertiary qualification (advantageous)
\n\tRelevant experience which may include the following roles: field worker, community liaison, project coordinator, operations coordinator, field-related sales, field-related customer service or election\/campaign-related role
\n\tProject management experience
\n\tFinancial management experience
\n\tProficiency in at least one official language, in addition to English
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence with access to a vehicle for daily business use
\n\tComputer literacy, particularly MS Office suite<\/p>\n

\tEstablish and maintain effective relationships within the Party
\n\tBuild trust relationships within a community
\n\tIdentify key issues relevant to communities
