Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/Grade 12 or relevant experience.
\n\tMust have experience in health and safety standards and management.
\n\tMinimum 2 years cleaning supervisory experience gained in retirement or similar industries.
\n\tUnderstand cleaning principles and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
\n\tStrong people skills.
\n\tStrong communication skills.
\n\tAble to work independently and under pressure.
\n\tAble to work long hours, after hours and some weekends.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEstablishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
\n\tCoaching and developing employees (cleaners)
\n\tScheduling and assigning specific duties\/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
\n\tInspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
\n\tControlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and\/or misuse
\n\tProviding any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
\n\tStaff Management & Training \u2013 Able to impart skills and empower staff
\n\tStock taking and Quality Control
\n\tOrdering and Issuing of stock
\n\tMaintain high standards of Hygiene & Safety
\n\tAdhoc Admin Duties
\n\tShift and Weekend Work is required.<\/p>\n
