What you will do:<\/p>\n
\tDesign, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
\n\tLead the architecture and design of complex software solutions.
\n\tEnsure code base quality across the entire stack.
\n\tCollaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
\n\tEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
\n\tIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
\n\tConduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
\n\tStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
\n\tParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.<\/p>\n
What you need:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
\n\tProven experience as an Engineering Manager with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications, with a minimum of 10 years of technical experience and at least 5 years of leadership experience.
\n\tProficiency in frontend technologies such as React\/NextJS.
\n\tProficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
\n\tExperience with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases.
\n\tStrong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
\n\tFamiliarity with version control systems, such as Github.
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n\tExcellent communication and teamwork skills.
\n\tAbility to lead and mentor junior developers.
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tExperience with cloud services and deployment, such as Google Cloud.
\n\tKnowledge of DevOps practices and CI\/CD pipelines.
\n\tFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
\n\tExperience with Agile\/Scrum development methodologies.
\n\tUnderstanding of security best practices and data protection.<\/p>\n
