{"id":10656,"date":"2025-05-20T12:03:02","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T12:03:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/plennegy-total-rewards-specialist-starke-ayres-administrative-assistant\/"},"modified":"2025-08-21T00:24:41","modified_gmt":"2025-08-21T00:24:41","slug":"plennegy-total-rewards-specialist-starke-ayres-administrative-assistant","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=10656","title":{"rendered":"Plennegy: Total Rewards Specialist \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Starke Ayres: Administrative Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n<p>Compensation Strategy &amp; Execution<\/p>\n<p>\tLead participation in market salary surveys and perform detailed compensation benchmarking and analysis.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain group pay structures and guide rates used for CTC Packages, STIP (Short-Term Incentives Plans), and SICP (Sales Incentive Compensation Plans).<br \/>\n\tCreate and maintain tools for employees to structure their salaries annually, and for HRBPs to make aligned and competitive job offers.<br \/>\n\tLead the annual merit and promotion cycles, including tool preparation, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support.<br \/>\n\tDesign and maintain SICP as required.<\/p>\n<p>Job Grading &amp; Organisational Design<\/p>\n<p>\tLead job grading sessions and provide expert guidance to the grading committee.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate validation of job grades through REMCO and update group-wide grade maps accordingly.<br \/>\n\tDistribute and maintain accurate grading documentation across the group.<\/p>\n<p>Benefits Management<\/p>\n<p>\tEvaluate, develop, and implement employee benefit proposals to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and group-wide alignment.<br \/>\n\tLead strategic benefits alignment projects, some of which are long-term initiatives extending over multiple years.<br \/>\n\tIncentives &amp; Performance-based Pay<br \/>\n\tPrepare STIP documentation annually for budgeting, approvals, and final payout processes.<br \/>\n\tMonitor incentive outcomes and ensure ongoing alignment with business and performance objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Remuneration Tools &amp; Communication<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and manage compensation tools and templates used for salary structuring, offers, and adjustments.<br \/>\n\tPartner with HRBPs and leadership to ensure the correct application of tools and policies.<br \/>\n\tSupport communication and training on remuneration tools and policies.<\/p>\n<p>Projects &amp; Strategic Initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\tServe as project lead on all Compensation and Benefits-related initiatives and transformation projects across the group.<br \/>\n\tDrive planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and corrective action across multiple business entities.<\/p>\n<p>Policy &amp; Governance<\/p>\n<p>\tRegularly review and update Compensation &amp; Benefits policies and related documentation (e.g., Car Policy, HR Handbook, Remuneration Policy).<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to internal governance frameworks and external legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp; Analytics<\/p>\n<p>\tUse data insights to monitor trends, flag issues, and support evidence-based decision-making in C&amp;B.<br \/>\n\tProduce Power BI dashboards and detailed reports post-merit cycle, shared with the Board of Directors via the BI platform.<\/p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n<p>Education:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tWorld at Work: GRP<br \/>\n\tSARA Membership Certified as a Chartered Rewards Practitioner<\/p>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 5-8 years\u2019 experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards within a multi-entity environment.<br \/>\n\tExperience engaging with REMCO and senior executive stakeholders preferred.<br \/>\n\tExperience with Short Term and Sales Incentive Plans an added advantage<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Plennegy Group","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Founded in 1958, the Plennegy group\u2019s roots and purpose revolve around agriculture, with its core business being that of growing food and servicing those that grow food to feed and nourish the continent and beyond.
