Qualification<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar technical support role focused on IT infrastructure.
\n\tExpertise in managing IT Infrastructure, including Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
\n\tN+ certification (or similar networking certification)<\/p>\n
Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPractical experience with Virtual Environments like VMware.
\n\tAbility to utilize SQL for effective database management and querying.
\n\tN+ certification (or comparable networking qualification).
\n\tKnowledge of client support management tools to enhance our service delivery.
\n\tProven skills in troubleshooting and debugging live applications, ensuring minimal disruption.
\n\tAbility to thrive under pressure, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.
\n\tCollaborative mindset and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
\n\tExceptional communication skills, translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
\n\tExperience in the administration of both Windows and Linux environments.
\n\tSolid understanding of basic networking principles (TCP\/IP, HTTP, encryption).
\n\tExperience in the administration and troubleshooting of virtualization technologies.
\n\tFamiliarity with various web and application servers (e.g., Apache).
\n\tA strong understanding of how your work contributes to the organization’s success.
\n\tFluency in English (both written and spoken).<\/p>\n
