{"id":10661,"date":"2025-05-20T12:04:05","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T12:04:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/human-resources-intern\/"},"modified":"2025-08-21T00:24:37","modified_gmt":"2025-08-21T00:24:37","slug":"human-resources-intern","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=10661","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Intern"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>RESPONSIBILITES RELATING TO EACH KEY PERFORMANCE AREA<\/p>\n<p>Onboarding and off boarding<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure compliance in the recruitment process by screen resumes, qualifications, application forms and conducting compliance checks<br \/>\n\tSchedule and confirm interviews with candidates<br \/>\n\tPost, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.<br \/>\n\tPre- boarding: send an onboarding pack to new starts and disseminating with the respective stakeholders<br \/>\n\tGather payroll data i.e., bank confirmation letters, SAR letter and so on.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that local personnel files are up to date and there is data accuracy as per the onboarding checklist<br \/>\n\tEnsure a smooth onboarding process by coordinate the onboarding process and ensure that all the respective stakeholders and the new starts are invited timeously.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that new starts receive a VIP experience the welcome messages are up on the screen at reception for new starts.<br \/>\n\tEnsure a smooth offboarding process by facilitate the termination process and the documentation thereof i.e., ensure that clearance forms are completed and signed by the respective stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate reporting by prepare HR-related reports as needed i.e., training reports and so on.<br \/>\n\tEnsure a smooth delivery of engagement touch points by organizing company initiatives, events and careers expos\/days<br \/>\n\tCoordinate all engagement events and the required documents i.e., Family meetings<br \/>\n\tAssist in collecting audit required information i.e., internal and External, BBBEE and so on.<\/p>\n<p>Skills Development<\/p>\n<p>\tCompiling the relevant WSP and ATR by due dates.<br \/>\n\tIdentifying accredited training providers (B-BBEE certificates and accreditation certificates of all training providers) and onboarding.<br \/>\n\tCo-ordinating all external &amp; internal training i.e., competency development and mandatory training.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all training is recorded on the training register \u00a0and updated on the training matrix.<br \/>\n\tMonthly training reports to HRBP.<br \/>\n\tAllocating the training costs to the correct cost centres and monthly reconciliation of training costs and update of the training matrix.<br \/>\n\t\u00a0Ensure administration of all MERSETA registrations and YES registration on the respective portals.<br \/>\n\tAnnual supplier evaluation of training providers as per QP13 procedure<br \/>\n\tChecking that all mandatory and completed E-Learning courses are filed with the relevant certificate.<br \/>\n\tAssist in ongoing CSI projects<\/p>\n<p>KEY AREAS OF COMPETENCE REQUIRED<\/p>\n<p>\tAgility, Drive for results, learning Ability and Acumen<br \/>\n\tGood communication skills. Express verbal and written ideas effectively to all levels of people<br \/>\n\tClient service orientation: ability to understand\/anticipate customer and fellow employees\u2019 needs.<br \/>\n\tExhibits the Alfa Laval Values<br \/>\n\tMust be able to self-manage and have outgoing personality<br \/>\n\tSelf-starter \u2013 takes initiatives<br \/>\n\tPunctual and serves with integrity<br \/>\n\tComputer literate \u2013 MS office suite<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric<br \/>\n\tBcom.
