\n\tMonthly engagements with internal stakeholders<\/p>\n
Non- Technical learnerships<\/p>\n
\tDevelop strategic plans.
\n\tDevelop and implement goals and objectives for the team \/department.
\n\tEnsuring learner registration and compliance with different SETAs
\n\tMonitoring employee performance and providing feedback.
\n\tEnsures that employees meet their goals and maintain a healthy work culture.
\n\tMonthly meetings with learnership service providers to monitor their performance.
\n\tProvide performance report per service provider.
\n\tAssist managing the programmes.<\/p>\n
Min Experience<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years experience in B=BBEE Skills Management, Vendor Management, Contract Management and Supply Chain Management.<\/p>\n
Formal Education<\/p>\n
\tA bachelors degree in Economics, HR or relevant.
\n\tAn Honours will be an advantage<\/p>\n
