\tDrive collaborative efforts with stakeholders to deeply understand and define high-level business requirements;
\n\tDesign and facilitate advanced workshops, focus groups, and deep-dive sessions to extract intricate system specifications;
\n\tResponsible for validating the creation of comprehensive documentation of user requirements, functional specifications, and system designs;
\n\tEnsure proper versioning and archival of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures;
\n\tConduct holistic analysis of existing processes, identifying not just inefficiencies but also areas for innovation;
\n\tEvaluate potential digital solutions considering the strategic alignment with long-term business objectives and the ROI;
\n\tMentor junior analysts in alignment and solutioning processes;
\n\tBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship\/s of Influence communications between management stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring strategic alignment and mutual understanding;
\n\tPresent high-level findings, solutions, and strategic recommendations to management and executive stakeholders;
\n\tPrioritise projects and tasks considering the wider business strategy;
\n\tSupervise project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved, risks are managed, and projects deliver the desired value;
\n\tSupervise and provide guidance in the solution testing and validation processes;
\n\tValidate that the final deliverable not only aligns with business requirements but also fits the longterm strategic direction;
\n\tStay ahead with the latest trends, methodologies, and best practices in digital transformation;
\n\tChampion and promote the adoption of new tools or methodologies that would bring about strategic advantage and improved efficiency.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
\n\tMinimum of 8 years\u2019 experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a digital or IT environment;
\n\tExperience in doing Business Test Cases Scenario’s and User Stories;
\n\tKnowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus;
\n\tFamiliarity with the broader business strategy and digital transformation methodologies.<\/p>\n
