\tWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive the commercial performance of our E-Commerce business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing systematic programs and leveraging strategic channels to optimize our online presence and sales. Your expertise in data analysis, digital marketing, and strategic planning will be crucial in achieving our business goals.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Paid Marketing:<\/p>\n
\tGovern Mr Price performance marketing channels, provide insight from SEO and current trade feedback from the merchant team to guide & direct digital agency to optimise our account for the best ROI.\u00a0
\n\tSet monthly budgets against our channel plan with Ecommerce Head according to seasonal objectives.\u00a0
\n\tPrepare and Report monthly on performance marketing to Ecom Head & Digital Leader
\n\tManage day-to-day operations with our digital agency\u00a0<\/p>\n
Acquisition<\/p>\n
\tPlan seasonal acquisition drives to meet Mr Price’s demand for new customers.\u00a0
\n\tUse test and learn strategies to ensure acquisition is relevant to our potential customers.\u00a0
\n\tAcquiring new leads and retaining our app customer base
\n\tSet acquisition goals with Ecom Head.\u00a0
\n\tOnce acquired, responsible for new customer onboarding and retention through various channels.<\/p>\n
Strategy<\/p>\n
\tApply learnings from post-mortem to take forward into new season objectives
\n\tResearch and identify new marketing channels and opportunities
\n\tProvide input into greater ecommerce strategy in terms of performance marketing activities<\/p>\n
SEO<\/p>\n
\tManage and update seasonal copy to improve our SEO visibility and exposure
\n\tUpdate digital assets aligned to seasonal changes
\n\tEmail life cycle management<\/p>\n
Leadership<\/p>\n
\tSet clear and transparent expectations, to exhibit the culture and values of the business and achieve \/ exceed KPIs. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tIdentify and drive training needs, coaching and development with a key focus on talent management, performance management and succession planning.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Digital Marketing\/Digital Brand Management\u00a0
\n\t4-5 Years of experience in an e-commerce based role, including paid media, customer acquisition, SEO, reporting, budgeting and strategy \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\t1-2 years in a leadership position \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge in Google Analytics, Social Media Knowledge, Digital Marketing
