The successful candidate will be exposed to training, progressively in the following areas of procurement (public procurement) within ECIC:<\/p>\n
\tPlanning and demand management.
\n\tAcquisition management.
\n\tLogistics management.
\n\tContract management.
\n\tSupplier management.
\n\tTravel management.
\n\tRecord management.
\n\tCompliance with relevant policies, regulations and laws.
\n\tThree bid committee system.
\n\tThe training will be on all procurement systems practised at the ECIC, including petty cash, one written quotation, at least three written quotations, a competitive bidding process, and procurement by other means.<\/p>\n

\tA three-year post market qualification in Supply Chain Management or Finance.

The revised performance bond insurance product, which was launched in 2016, is one such example. The ECIC is also able to price African risk more competitively, given its knowledge of the African market. The ECIC addresses obstacles through facilitation and by aiding in the release of funding required for infrastructure, which is of particular concern to global organisations seeking a presence in Africa. Export credit is imperative, considering capital exports are long-dated assets. It is customary for firms to finance such exports with bank debt for cash flow-management purposes.
