The position of the Translation Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all language projects.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tBe responsible for the entire life-cycle of all projects assigned to the individual
\n\tJuggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
\n\tUnderstand and abide by individual project instructions
\n\tLiaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters
\n\tEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally
\n\tNegotiate with vendors
\n\tCoordinate with quality personnel to ensure that the translation perfectly complies with instructions and is linguistically perfect
\n\tCommunicate any issues\/problems\/caveats or additional
\n\tDistribute information to sales staff as soon as that information is available<\/p>\n
Required skills and experience:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent written and verbal English communication skills
\n\tMinimum Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent
\n\tExcellent problem solving and analytical skills
\n\tStrong interpersonal skills
\n\tEffective time management
\n\tStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
\n\tWorking knowledge of MS Office
\n\tAbility to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
\n\tMust be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success<\/p>\n
