Hello Future Finance Manager I<\/p>\n
Are you someone who can: (Role Responsibilities)<\/p>\n
\tPartner with stakeholders in the provision of financial insights and guidance into the operational and general decision making and debates.
\n\tManage and monitor the applications and effectiveness of the business’s financial information systems.
\n\tCoordinate the forecast process and budget preparation and manage the process throughout the budget period in accordance with guidelines and assumptions. Monitor and report variance analysis to support decision making and guide management in taking corrective action on budget variances.
\n\tPlan and apply relevant principles to accurately record, adjust and reconcile financial transactions and events.
\n\tMaintain appropriate supporting documentation according to professional financial accounting and reporting standards.
\n\tPrepare and report on the business’s operations and financial conditions. Manage the business unit reporting systems for management, project or performance reporting and implement optimal processes to deliver management information according to the reporting cycle..
\n\tParticipate and contribute to a development culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends and ideas are actively shared.
\n\tContinuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.<\/p>\n
You will be an ideal candidate if you possess:<\/p>\n
\tQualification – Qualified CA and\/or equivalent
\n\tExperience – 0 to 4 years of working experience in financial field post qualification
\n\tAdditional Knowledge – Experience in in HFM and Hyperion systems will be advantageous\u00a0<\/p>\n
