\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly, and monthly targets and all other targets related to increasing the mobile customer base. \u00a0Understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities. \u00a0Represent the brand professionally and positively.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do for The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tCustomer Service: Assist clients with opening accounts and all betting queries.
\n\tDrive daily sales and activations through the effective demonstration and\/or explanation of mobile products, usage methods, and services to influence punters to purchase products or use our services.
\n\tDrive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
\n\tMust keep records of their sales activities and report their progress to management daily.
\n\tPromote the mobile brand.
\n\tSet up and arrange displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract the attention of prospective and existing punters.
\n\tAssist customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID)
\n\tEnsure new customer uses the sign-up bonus to bet when an account is opened and show the customer how to bet on the mobile application.
\n\tKeep work areas neat and tidy to promote a positive image to customers.
\n\tEnsure appropriate management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile equipment.
\n\tWeekly completion of Moodle, bet strike and Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels
\n\tMight be required to roam between branches and stores as per operational needs.
\n\tAny other related duties that might be required within the business.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Bring To The Team:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent Listening skills.
\n\tExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\tMust be results driven.
\n\tGood understanding of Mobile and Internet betting, Betting procedures and types and TUV (top up voucher) distribution.
