Strategy Enablement and Implementation<\/p>\n
\tLead the implementation and continuous improvement of PMO strategies as a support function, aligning with the business objectives of the Business Lines.
\n\tDesign and embed PMO frameworks that govern non-customer-facing project execution across CS.
\n\tCreate comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
\n\tServes as the central point of coordination for all Converged Solutions projects, ensuring that internal project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
\n\tPartner with senior stakeholders to ensure cross-functional project alignment and prioritization.
\n\tCoordinate with Customer Project Managers and BL Project Managers to ensure alignment between internal and external project milestones.<\/p>\n
Operational Delivery<\/p>\n
\tManage a portfolio of complex, high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and benefit realization. Ensure the execution of CS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring operational excellence.
\n\tCollaborate with internal project managers in BLs to ensure alignment of non-customer-facing project strategies with overall business objectives.
\n\tLead cross-functional project teams, driving accountability, operational excellence, and performance outcomes.
\n\tTrack and monitor project timelines, adjusting schedules as necessary to account for changes or delays.
\n\tEnsure the successful implementation of new platforms and strategic initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and scalability.
\n\tSupport capability development through mentoring and uplifting project management practices.
\n\tSet clear objectives and responsibilities for team members involved in projects, ensuring accountability and performance tracking.
\n\tMentor and coach project team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve project goals.<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tProvide strategic, consolidated project reporting and insights to senior leadership, enabling effective decision-making.
\n\tMaintain accurate, consolidated dashboards and documentation for project status, risks, and financials. Ensure accurate tracking of project deliverables and provide real-time updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.
\n\tEnable transparency and traceability across all internal initiatives.
\n\tPrepare and present regular project status reports, including key milestones, risks, and financial updates, to senior management and stakeholders.
\n\tMaintain clear documentation of project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes to ensure transparency and accountability across teams.<\/p>\n

Governance, Policies, Procedures<\/p>\n
\tDrive the implementation of project governance standards, tools, and templates that facilitate standardized project execution across both PMO and BL project managers.
\n\tEnsure clear project objectives, scope, and deliverables are defined and aligned with governance standards.
\n\tDocument and maintain a project plan, incorporating timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, adhering to governance guidelines.
\n\tMaintain a governance reporting framework, providing timely updates on project progress, risks, and decisions required from governance forums.
\n\tProactively identify project risks and issues, escalate them through appropriate governance channels, and monitor mitigation actions.
\n\tEnsure adherence to the organization\u2019s project governance framework, including approvals, decision-making processes, and required documentation.
\n\tMaintain a risk register in compliance with governance processes, ensuring all risks are tracked, evaluated, and managed.
\n\tFacilitate collaboration between internal teams and partners to drive joint initiatives and resolve issues.
\n\tEnsure effective implementation of (and compliance towards) legislative requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures.
\n\tManage and provide solutions to escalations that have multiple processes \/ functions impact on critical path of service delivery.
\n\tContinuously review key risks, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions. Proactively flag and escalate issues and manage impacts on resources, cost and productivity.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 4-year bachelor\u2019s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
\n\tProject Management Professional or PRINCE2 certification will be advantageous.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tAt least 7 years\u2019 experience in experience in project management;
\n\tProven experience in managing both customer-facing and internal\/non-customer-facing projects, ideally in the telecommunications or technology industry.
\n\tExperience in working with cross-functional project teams and implementing process improvements is highly desirable.
\n\tExperience with change management practices and the ability to work collaboratively across different business units.
\n\tWorked across diverse cultures and geographies.<\/p>\n
