Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAccurately process customer invoices on a daily basis in line with company procedures.
\n\tLiaise with various departments and branches to gather and verify supporting documentation for invoicing.
\n\tPerform reconciliations to monitor actual invoicing against forecasts and identify variances.
\n\tCommunicate any discrepancies, delays, or issues to management in a timely and clear manner.
\n\tProcess credit notes in accordance with approved requests and documentation.
\n\tHandle invoice-related queries from internal departments and provide prompt, professional feedback.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in an administrative or finance-related role.
\n\tDiploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level).
\n\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n\tPreference will be given to employment equity candidates.<\/p>\n
