{"id":10819,"date":"2025-05-28T15:33:16","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T15:33:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/digital-customer-success-co-ordinator\/"},"modified":"2025-08-29T00:24:28","modified_gmt":"2025-08-29T00:24:28","slug":"digital-customer-success-co-ordinator","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=10819","title":{"rendered":"Digital Customer Success Co-Ordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Principal Accountabilities:<\/p>\n<p>Customer Relations Management<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild trusted advisory relationships with digital product and platform customers and key stakeholders to fully understand the customer\u2019s business strategy and success metrics.<br \/>\n\tBe an advocate for OUP digital product and platform customers to ensure they get the most value from our service and product usage.<\/p>\n<p>Customer success journey mapping<\/p>\n<p>\tPlan, manage and track the onboarding, adoption, support and retention processes for multiple digital products and platforms. \u00a0<br \/>\n\tMonitor the digital customer journey through trials and sales and suggest continuous improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Cross-functional engagement<\/p>\n<p>\tCommunicate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services to ensure a positive experience at all stages of the customer journey.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to suggest opportunities and strategies to convert leads and retain, or cross-sell and up-sell digital products and platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Sales technology tools administration<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist the Sales team by helping with general Salesforce and other sales technology administration, including data analysis and reporting.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Training<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide in-person, face-to-face and virtual training to the Sales team to use Salesforce and other sales technology effectively in line with specific requests and general business tasks<\/p>\n<p>Strategy and problem solving<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive continuous use of Salesforce and other sales technology in line with Sales\u2019 best practice and processes.<br \/>\n\tContribute to Salesforce and other sales technology future-facing changes and improvements.<\/p>\n<p>E-vendor query support and management<\/p>\n<p>\tBe the first point of contact for our e-vendor queries to manage requests internally and ensure that requests are actioned.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tA bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent (NQF 7) in Education, Communication, Sales, Marketing or related fields with an interest in EdTech<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience working with digital products and platforms, and related customer support. Experience working with digital educational resources advantageous.<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in managing customer relationships and CRM systems.
