Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage medium sized projects and conduct financial analysis to evaluate Sales\/Customer Team performance.
\n\tAnalyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
\n\tPrepare financial reports, presentations, and forecasts to support decision-making.
\n\tEvaluate sales strategies for profitability and effectiveness.
\n\tDevelop financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on Sales\/Customer Team performance.
\n\tEnsure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years Finance experience
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
\n\tAt least two types of different F&A roles\/experiences.
\n\tProficient in at least four core F&A skills and balance of core skills at Basic Level or Advanced in at least one core skill, Proficient in at least two core skills, and two additional core skills at Basic.
\n\tStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
\n\tExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
\n\tDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial analysis.
\n\tQuick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.<\/p>\n
