\tThe Vendor Partner Culture and Engagement Lead manages all aspects of culture and engagement projects, including activities designed to foster associates well-being and engagement aligned with their unique organizations culture and values while integrating in the business core culture values. The Culture and Engagement Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProvides support to advocates, leaders and other teams while administering culture, well-being, inclusion and diversity programs. \u00a0
\n\tMakes recommendations on changes or additions to the program to reflect changing needs of employees.
\n\tUses available data and analytics to support insights and opportunities supporting associate engagement and well-being.
\n\tUses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determines the best course of action.
\n\tDevelops creative, clear-written material in support of the organization’s communications strategies as they relate to culture and engagement.
\n\tSupports and implements change management, development planning, and recognition and development programs.
\n\tHelps design culture focused learning materials and systems as well as facilitates learning to associates.<\/p>\n
Ideal Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMust have 1 year experience within a BPO employee and engagement role. (Essential)
\n\tProven leadership skills within the culture and engagement department. (Essential)
\n\tMust have an understanding of different perspectives and ensures inclusion for all associates while contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer and associate experiences.
\n\tOngoing awareness of the current cultural landscape and how it impacts the associate population.
\n\tExperience developing and integrating inclusion and diversity focused programs.
\n\tLeadership experience with a background in operations.
\n\tAbility to build relationships and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members.
\n\tSuperior attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
\n\tAbility to interface with multiple levels of the organization and to serve as an influence leader and team player.
\n\tExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present in large forums.
\n\tStrong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point, MS Teams, and Zoom.<\/p>\n
