RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that planning, engineering and land suitability studies are conducted to help RBIDZ identify suitable land for acquisition,
\n\tConsult with authorities to determine legislative constraints of land parcels,
\n\tAssess serviceability of the land (location from utilities)
\n\tEffective Planning of RBIDZ Land Portfolio
\n\tManage and maintain all the land parcels that are owned by RBIDZ
\n\tEnsure Effective Planning, establishment and maintenance of bulk Infrastructure\u00a0
\n\tOversee the design of engineering infrastructure for all RBIDZ land parcels in compliance with relevant legislation and quality system requirements.
\n\tParticipate in stakeholder forums and building partnerships with stakeholders
\n\tDevelop and maintain the RBIDZ master plan
\n\tDevelop and maintain the infrastructure plan
\n\tDevelop and implementing a maintenance strategy and plan.
\n\tEnsure effective management of the security and customs control area management
\n\tDevelop and implementing an integrated and comprehensive security strategy.<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE<\/p>\n
\tExtensive knowledge of the establishment of all aspects of property and infrastructure development including project management.
\n\tKnowledge of construction industry legislation and CIDB regulations<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (mandatory)
\n\tProfessional Engineering Registration (Mandatory)
\n\t4-year Degree in Civil Engineering \/ Built Environment disciplines (Mandatory) (NQF 8)
\n\t5 years post qualifying engineering experience in a heavy industrial or construction environment,
\n\t5 years of relevant senior management experience.<\/p>\n
