\n\tTalent Management & Development: Support leadership in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
\n\tHR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to global employment laws and regulations, maintaining compliance with local labor policies.
\n\tChange Management: Drive organizational change, supporting restructures and transformation projects within the firm.
\n\tHR Metrics & Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to provide insights, track trends, and recommend improvements.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s degree preferred).
\n\tProven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a global law firm or professional services environment.
\n\tStrong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
\n\tExcellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with senior stakeholders.
\n\tProficiency in HR systems and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.<\/p>\n
