\tTo translate macro design into detailed micro designs which will realise the business solution in their relevant areas of focus. Translate and communicate the required changes to the programmer community. Develop critical component parts.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse, advise and where necessary create technical design relevant to their domain and\/or advise across product area.
\n\tProvide advice across business units on technological integration opportunities.
\n\tImplement learning’s from post-mortem meetings.
\n\tDeliver work products according to the agreed timelines and within agreed budget.
\n\tLiaise with impacted teams through meetings.
\n\tConsult with other domain players.
\n\tEscalate non-compliance to relevant stakeholders.
\n\tProvide consulting on specific technologies to Architecture.
\n\tEstablish and maintain relationships with peers in other domains.
\n\tRecommend and publish technical solutions.
\n\tInterpret the business requirements in order to create technical specifications within own product area with an in-depth understanding of impacts across other Product areas (within project environment).
\n\tEnsure technological integration across applications.
\n\tDelivered systems, products and\/or projects which contributed to improved client service.
\n\tSee to successful signoff of the test pack on the applicable platforms.
\n\tReview required document(s).
\n\tAnalyse level of impact and risk on project and stakeholders.
\n\tDeliver impact analysis artefact including effort estimation and timelines.
\n\tAssign level of impact and risk.
\n\tReview analysis of less complex projects.
\n\tConsider industry trends in technical design areas.
\n\tDeliver optimal solutions within the capability of the technology across multiple domains.
\n\tParticipate in building of the current technology landscape.
\n\tConsult on problem solving when requested.
\n\tProvide guidance on the feasibility of proposed technical solutions and suggest alternatives.
\n\tFacilitate technical design sessions and approve component specifications across product domain areas.
\n\tParticipate in analyst forums.
\n\tAttend design forums and participate in proof of concepts.
\n\tAdvise management on the technical readiness, risk and impact of the proposed implementation to production at all levels of complexity
\n\tSupport the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values by reviewing Nedbank and Business Unit Plan and ensure delivered systems, process, services and solutions are aligned.
\n\tIdentify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management.
\n\tEnsure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe.
\n\tShare knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.
\n\tObtain buy-in for developing new and\/or enhanced processes (e.g. operational processes) that will improve the functioning of stakeholders’ businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations.
\n\tContribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participate in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. Staff Surveys etc.).
\n\tParticipate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (e.g. Green Strategy).
\n\tSeek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank.\u00a0<\/p>\n
