KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tCustomer Relationship management (internal\/external)
\n\tManage efficient Service Parts supply to all Export Distributors
\n\tEnsure Service Parts Operations is compliant to Customs Requirements
\n\tCustomer query resolution with a sense of urgency
\n\tCustomer order management and order stabilisation
\n\tImprovement and adherence to TSAM customer supply related activities
\n\tPromote quality and safety in the work environment
\n\tMeasurement and evaluation of key performance areas
\n\tMeasurement on distributor orders to identify abnormalities<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 5 (240 credits on level 8 framework) – Supply Chain Management or International Trade (Import and export) or equivalent
\n\tAdvantageous: NQF Level 6 and post graduate qualifications.
\n\tMinimum of 3 years customer facing working experience
\n\tDealer network experience (Parts and service will be advantageous)
\n\tUnderstanding Export Business
\n\tKnowledge and Interpretation of Customs Act
\n\tProject Management
\n\tExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\tPC Literacy: MS office \u2013 intermediate to advanced level
\n\tSAP experience will be advantageous
\n\tCustomer handling skills<\/p>\n
