Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCreate designs, concepts and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetical design concepts
\n\tAssist in development of artwork for campaigns, including but not limited to landing pages, banner ads, social posts, website assets, posters and other campaign media deliverables.
\n\tEstimating the time required to complete work.
\n\tThinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
\n\tSourcing imagery for campaigns and concepts.
\n\tUsing and understanding brand CI guidelines.
\n\tTranslating a visual style across several mediums effectively to create campaigns.
\n\tContributing ideas and designing artwork to the overall brief.
\n\tGuiding junior designers\u2019 work to ensure high quality.
\n\tUnderstanding the printing process.
\n\tEditing photos for use within print media.
\n\tWorking on layouts and getting designs production ready.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs.
\n\tDevelop conceptual designs, sketches, and storyboards to communicate ideas effectively.
\n\tCreate eye-catching graphics, illustrations, motion graphics and layouts that align with project goals and brand identity.
\n\tStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are innovative and relevant.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDesign related diploma or degree.
\n\t5-7 years of digital design experience in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
\n\tPortfolio of evidence to illustrate conceptual thinking, design styles \/ experience.
\n\tExperience working in advertising environments alongside copywriters\u00a0<\/p>\n
Required Knowledge \/ Technical Skills:<\/p>\n
\tComputer literacy, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
\n\tAble to create web and social media banners \u2013 static and dynamic
\n\tWorking knowledge of the different digital devices across desktop and mobile
\n\tAnimation\/GIF
\n\tExcellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
\n\tA good understanding of print and repro
\n\tThorough understanding of design process<\/p>\n

\n\tWorking as part of a creative team of designers and copywriters
\n\tCan develop, evolve and work with brand positioning and Cis
\n\tHas experience working with both brand and retail design briefs<\/p>\n
