Our software is designed to relieve the administrative burden that all legal practices face, thus enabling staff to be more productive. Attorneys will have more time to practice law, and their practices should be more profitable, utilising our integrated matter management, financial administration, and document management software.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tDeliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAttend to technical-related client tickets and answer telephone calls.<br \/>\n\tInteract with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tGather the customer\u2019s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing the symptoms.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAttending to ad hoc software issues and problems, i.e. case management, system administration, Systems integration, platform, Operating system and data management systems queries\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExcellent problem reporting and ticketing update skills<br \/>\n\tResearch required information using available resources.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tIdentify and escalate priority issues as per client specifications, following standard procedures.<br \/>\n\tOffer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers\u2019 and clients\u2019 business.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tFollow up and make scheduled call-backs to customers where necessary. Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain good relationships with clients\u00a0<br \/>\n\tUpdate time and notes on the internal Jira and Zendesk systems<\/p>\n<p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience in a customer service\/call centre role.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience in a software support environment with Networking and MS Windows operating system knowledge.<br \/>\n\tAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of customer service principles and practices.<br \/>\n\tProper phone etiquette and effective listening skills.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMust be organised and have multitasking capabilities.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tGood understanding of hosted environments (Azure\/AWS) and Microsoft SQL administration.<br \/>\n\tExperienced in a remote support environment using remote access tools.<br \/>\n\tWillingness to cooperate with others and work for the greater good of the team.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tGreat attention to detail.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMust be eligible to work in South Africa or hold a valid work permit.<\/p>\n<p>Nice to Have(s)<\/p>\n<p>\tLegal trust accounting experience is advantageous.<br \/>\n\tMicrosoft SQL Scripting<br \/>\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own reliable transport are advantageous.<br \/>\n\tBash and PowerShell would be advantageous<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>jobs.dyedurham.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/jobs.dyedurham.com","_company_name":"Dye & Durham Corporation","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Dye & Durham Limited provides premiere practice management solutions empowering legal professionals every day, delivers vital data insights to support critical corporate transactions and enables the essential payments infrastructure trusted by government and financial institutions.
