What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
\tPerform monthly financial reporting and analysis, providing strategic advice to managers
\n\tPrepare and manage business unit budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads
\n\tMonitor expenditure against budgets, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
\n\tEnsure compliance with financial processes and procedures for designated business units
\n\tInvestigate and resolve financial queries with efficiency and accuracy
\n\tHandle internal and external audit-related matters for your assigned business units
\n\tPrepare and review general ledger reconciliations with supporting documentation
\n\tDevelop and review costing models while reporting variances<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Need:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of Commerce (B Com), CIMA qualification, or a National Diploma in Accounting, Cost and Management, Taxation, Finance, or Internal Auditing
\n\t2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
\n\tStrong knowledge of financial analysis, IFRS, and VAT
\n\tHigh proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\tOutstanding attention to detail and analytical abilities
\n\tResilience under pressure and results orientation
\n\tAbility to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders<\/p>\n
