Are you someone who can:<\/p>\n
\tManage costs \/ expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
\n\tDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers\u2019 expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
\n\tEnsure efficiency in terms of answering the telephone, directing calls and ensuring the calls are directed to the correct individuals
\n\tEnsure all communications with clients are professional, resulting in compliments.
\n\tResolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
\n\tProvision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
\n\tComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
\n\tServe as first point of contact to FNB visitors, determine their needs and direct them accordingly.
\n\tManage own development to increase own competencies<\/p>\n
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric and additional certification in Office Management is a plus
\n\t2 – 3 years proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
\n\tProfessional attitude and appearance
\n\tSolid written and verbal communication skills
\n\tAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
\n\tExcellent organizational skills
\n\tMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
\n\tCustomer service attitude<\/p>\n
