The role partners closely with business leaders to drive workforce performance, support organizational change, and implement talent strategies that align with both company\u2019s objectives and functional needs.<br \/>\n\tYou will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, development, engagement, and performance management.<\/p>\n<p>What you will love doing in this role<\/p>\n<p>Implement HR strategy<\/p>\n<p>\tImplement the HR tactical plans to support business objectives.<br \/>\n\tAlign HR initiatives with business needs through proactive stakeholder engagement and collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Management<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline aligned to the Talent Plan.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and respond to labour market trends, customising staffing solutions as needed.<br \/>\n\tManage end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring talent needs are met.<br \/>\n\tOversee integration of the organisation\u2019s talent framework across business unit\/s.<br \/>\n\tConduct internal trend analysis and provide actionable insights on workforce composition, risk, and opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>\tEnable a culture of performance through the implementation of effective performance management systems.<br \/>\n\tCoach and support line managers in identifying and addressing underperformance, along with advising on improvement actions.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with the performance review process and ongoing performance conversations aligned to talent and succession plans.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Development<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with the L&amp;D team to facilitate business unit-specific training needs and learning interventions.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate the integration of employees on internships and learnerships into the workplace.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and report on development initiatives, measuring impact and closing gaps.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Relations<\/p>\n<p>\tServe as a trusted advisor on disciplinary and grievance processes, representing the business during hearings and CCMA cases when required.<br \/>\n\tCoach and upskill line managers on managing performance, conflict, and disciplinary matters in line with legal requirements and company policies.<br \/>\n\tPromote consistent and fair application of employee relations practices.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Experience &amp; Culture<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the implementation of company and departmental culture \/ engagement initiatives.<br \/>\n\tAddress organisational effectiveness challenges by diagnosing issues and implementing corrective interventions.<br \/>\n\tOversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, analysing trends and driving improvements to enhance employee experience.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp;
