The successful candidate is an experienced technical trainer, ideally with hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and\/or in-depth knowledge of software architecture and virtualization technologies.

You will have excellent communication skills and proven technology training experience.<\/p>\n
Key job responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDeliver instructor-led classroom training on a regular schedule at a single location with occasional travel
\n\tProvide oversight and direction to the team that aligns with business goals and objectives
\n\tHelp shape the ongoing strategy and mission of the AWS Skills Centers program.
\n\tAssist in developing & maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
\n\tWork with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content.
\n\tMentor and train internal and external authorized trainers as part of a train the trainer program<\/p>\n

Basic Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t2+ years of one or more of the following: big data, DevOps, security, systems administration, software development, cloud technology experience
\n\tExperience as a trainer and ability to manage a classroom of learners<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tAWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer)
\n\tKnowledge of fundamentals of networking, security, databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and\/or Windows)<\/p>\n
