Successful candidates will be based in a world-class environment within one of our South African offices. During this programme, they will gain valuable workplace experience and skills, fostering a market-driven, operationally focused, and customer-centric mindset in our day-to-day business operations.<\/p>\n

Programme eligibility:<\/p>\n
\tSouth African citizenship
\n\tCompleted Grade 12 or Matric certificate
\n\tAdditional tertiary qualifications advantageous
\n\tShould not be permanently employed
\n\tShould not have more than 2 years\u2019 work experience
\n\tShould be between the ages of 18 – 30 years
\n\tCommitment to the 12-month programme
\n\tMust not have completed a YES Learnership previously
\n\tA strong academic record
\n\tStrong computer literacy
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills
\n\tAbility to learn quickly
\n\tGood time management
\n\tAbility to work in a collaborative team environment
