\tIf your happy place is somewhere between a colour swatch book and a perfectly folded box dieline, we\u2019ve got the job for you. We\u2019re looking for a passionate, imaginative Junior Graphic Designer who loves nothing more than bringing bold, beautiful packaging and in-store visuals to life.
\n\tFrom eye-catching posters to smart shelf-talkers and irresistible packaging, you\u2019ll take concepts and run with them \u2014 creating artwork that looks just as good on the shelf as it does in your portfolio.
\n\tYou\u2019ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment where every week brings something new \u2014 and always make sure the final product is as good as the idea that sparked it.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDesigning packaging, POS, flyers, posters, and catalogues that make people stop and stare (in the best way)
\n\tDeveloping concepts from scratch and seeing them through to print-ready perfection Working closely with DTP and production teams to ensure flawless handover to print
\n\tCollaborating with marketing, brand, and product teams to bring campaigns to life Managing multiple projects with confidence, clarity, and a well-organised artboard
\n\tApplying brand guidelines creatively and consistently across formats and product lines
\n\tStaying up to date with packaging, retail and design trends (because you\u2019re that kind of person)<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA relevant qualification (Graphic Design, Communication Design, or similar)
\n\tA polished portfolio that showcases packaging and POS work (and makes us go \u201cooh!\u201d)
\n\tExcellent Adobe Creative Suite skills \u2014 especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
\n\tSolid understanding of print processes, packaging mechanics, and large-format specs
\n\tExceptional layout skills and an eye for visual hierarchy, balance, and storytelling
\n\tStrong time management \u2014 you can handle fast turnarounds without dropping the ball
\n\tBonus: experience with FMCG, retail, or high-volume catalogue production, no worries if you\u2019re still learning, just show us you know what you’re doing with a simple skill test.<\/p>\n
