Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage community engagement on social media portals such as; Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X and others.
\n\tActive monitoring of social campaigns and adjusting tactics to improve community engagement.
\n\tSetting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
\n\tResponding to comments, direct messages and customer queries in a timely manner
\n\tMonitor and report on trends in the community engagement space.
\n\tWork closely with the Brand Manager, Brand Coordinator and Social Media Manager to achieve a healthy and sustainable relationship with customers of OneDayOnly.
\n\tAnalyze web traffic and relevant community metrics
\n\tDevelop and implement traffic plans to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of content
\n\tCoordinate with internal teams to develop and execute effective traffic plans
\n\tMonitor and analyze content delivery performance and make necessary adjustments
\n\tDevelop and maintain relationships with content delivery partners
\n\tMonitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve any issues as needed
\n\tPrepare and maintain detailed reports on content delivery performance
\n\tAdditional assistance in managing the social media pages and community management of a small business
\n\tMust have strong video content creation skills and be comfortable appearing on camera as part of brand storytelling and community engagement<\/p>\n
Requirements, Skills, & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years of experience in Community Engagement or strong Customer Service background.
\n\tKnowledge of marketing trends and techniques
\n\tSocial Media Experience Advantageous
\n\tProficiency in the Google workspace suite
\n\tAbility to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
\n\tExcellent organizational skills and good attention to detail
\n\tExtensive understanding of fostering diverse communities and building strong relationships
\n\tExcellent communication skills
\n\tGood understanding of problem solving and thinking quickly on your feet.
\n\tAccurate reporting skills
\n\tProblem-solving skills<\/p>\n
