This dual-function role combines strong data-driven analysis with hands-on sales leadership, aiming to increase revenue, expand market share, and optimize go-to-market strategies. Real estate industry experience is preferred, as the role requires deep knowledge of client needs, industry trends, and sales cycles within the PropTech sector.<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Sales Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tLead, manage, and develop the national sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.<br \/>\n\tDesign and implement national sales strategies tailored to real estate companies and agents.<br \/>\n\tBuild and nurture high-value relationships with key clients, broker networks, and industry associations.<br \/>\n\tIdentify new business opportunities, markets, and sales channels to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Growth &amp; Business Optimization<\/p>\n<p>\tCreate scalable sales structures and processes to support national growth.<br \/>\n\tContinuously evaluate and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing and account expansion.<br \/>\n\tLead the Marketing team to align sales enablement tools and campaigns with growth targets.<br \/>\n\tDrive initiatives that unlock new monetization opportunities and improve revenue predictability.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp; Governance<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare regular reports for EXCO and Board, including revenue performance, market opportunities, and pipeline health.<br \/>\n\tMonitor departmental budgets and resource utilization to ensure efficiency and ROI.<br \/>\n\tContribute to the strategic planning process and support company-wide initiatives as part of the leadership team.<\/p>\n<p>Commercial Strategy &amp; Data Analysis<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct deep-dive market and competitor analysis to guide commercial positioning and strategic direction.<br \/>\n\tDraft performance forecasts to support sales initiatives and commercial decision-making.<br \/>\n\tLeverage CRM, sales analytics, and BI tools to drive a performance-focused, insight-led sales culture.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with product, marketing, people and finance to align commercial strategies across the business.<br \/>\n\tAn understanding of compliance regulations and knowledge of the Protection of Personal Information Act.<\/p>\n<p>Client Experience &amp; Retention<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop sales support and account management functions to ensure exceptional client experience and retention.<br \/>\n\tProvide oversight of service delivery, onboarding, and post-sale engagement processes.<br \/>\n\tAct as the voice of the customer within the business, relaying feedback and opportunities for product improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Education and Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s degree (or higher) in either Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or Marketing or similar.<br \/>\n\tMBA or related Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.<br \/>\n\tOutstanding communication, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 5 years&#8217; experience in sales and commercial strategy roles.<br \/>\n\tPreferred real estate industry experience, with in-depth knowledge of property sales cycles, trends, and client personas.<br \/>\n\tProven track record of leading sales teams and delivering on aggressive revenue targets.<br \/>\n\tPrevious experience in PropTech, SaaS, or tech-enabled environments preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tStrategic Commercial Acumen &#8211; Ability to align sales goals with broader commercial strategy.<br \/>\n\tLeadership &amp; Coaching &#8211; Builds high-performing teams through mentorship and motivation.<br \/>\n\tCustomer Focus &#8211; Passionate about solving client problems and building long-term partnerships.<br \/>\n\tExecution &amp; Accountability &#8211; Delivers results and drives a culture of ownership.<br \/>\n\tAnalytical Thinking &#8211; Uses data to inform strategy, track progress, and optimize outcomes.<br \/>\n\tIndustry Credibility &#8211; Brings insights, experience, and influence within the real estate industry.<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.nticesearch.com ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Ntice Sourcing Solutions","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.nticesearch.com","_company_tagline":"Ntice looks to improve efficiencies within the recruitment industry through automating manual processes and procedures, allowing businesses to drastically reduce the cost of advertising, agency spend and size of back office recruitment teams.
