Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tManage the valuations performance of the External Valuation Contractors within the agreed and contracted SLA\u2019s. and TAT.\u00a0
\n\tManage all valuation activities and complaints from clients, stakeholders, and business partners in terms of property values, quality, and service delivery.\u00a0
\n\tProvide advice on technical and administration requirements including Building Loans.<\/p>\n

\tActively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Business Performance:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure own and team performance against business, efficiency and continuous improvement targets, as well as customer outcomes.
\n\tBe solution driven with regards to Building Loan queries and disputes.<\/p>\n
Compliance and Risk Management:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.<\/p>\n
Administration:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEffectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Essential\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tRelevant B. Degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification
\n\tRegistration as a Professional\/Associated Professional Valuer with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession.
\n\tAt least 10 years\u2019 experience in building and construction industry and or related discipline.
\n\tAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in practicing as a professional Valuer without restrictions in the residential and commercial field.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
Preferred\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tHons Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Property Science or Construction Management or equivalent NQF level 8 qualification
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in of ABSA systems or other financial institution.
\n\tAt least 3 years\u2019 experience at a managerial level.<\/p>\n
