Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tTo manage the treasury activities within DUT in support of sound financial management practices and the achievement of the objectives of the division.
\n\t6 to 8 years\u2019 experience within a treasury environment of which 3 years should have been in a management role.
\n\tHonours Degree in Financial Accounting, investment management or any other relevant qualification (NQF Level 8).<\/p>\n
Ideal:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tQualified as a Chartered Accountant – CA (SA).
\n\tAssociation of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
\n\tChartered Institute of Management Accountants Professional Qualification ICIMA \/ CGMA.
\n\tChartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
\n\tKnowledge of relevant legislation and rules.
\n\tUnderstanding of IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
\n\tUnderstanding of treasury related practices.
\n\tUnderstanding of Financial systems.
\n\tAdvanced Proficiency in MS Office.
\n\tProficient in ITS or equivalent.<\/p>\n
