\tDefine, implement, and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
\n\tUse best practices to carry out business process analysis, re- engineering, process measurements and change management activities.
\n\tIdentify and prioritize meaningful process improvements, Including recommending automation when applicable.
\n\tMaintain process maps.<\/p>\n
Business Process Improvement<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse and identify opportunities for business process improvements and innovation.
\n\tEvaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements.
\n\tDefine metrics that measure process improvement success.<\/p>\n
Projects<\/p>\n
\tActively participate in all IT projects forming part of the transformation agenda.
\n\tAssist in obtaining acceptance and take-on of initiatives through collaboration with stakeholders and change management processes.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tB Degree\/B Tech Industrial Engineering PLUS.
\n\tProcess Mapping Certification or
\n\tTOGAF Certification or
\n\tBusiness Analysis Certificate
\n\t6 years of work experience. Additionally<\/p>\n
Experience in one or more of the following process improvement methodologies:<\/p>\n
\tSix Sigma methodology,
\n\tTotal Quality Management (TQM),
\n\tContinuous improvement (Kaizen),
\n\tPlan Do Check Act (PDCA),
\n\tWhys analysis,
\n\tBusiness process management (BPM)<\/p>\n
