PROGRAMME OUTLINE<\/p>\n
As a Graduate, you \u00a0will be exposed to the following:<\/p>\n
\tGather requirements from various business stakeholders
\n\tAnalyze requirements to understand their scope, priorities, and dependencies
\n\tDocument requirements clearly and concisely using tools like use cases, user stories, and business process models
\n\tPropose changes to existing business process and technology as per business requirements
\n\tBusiness Process design, functional and technical specifications for enhancements and new developments
\n\tSupport of existing business processes and technology
\n\tSetup of test cases \/ scenarios
\n\tTesting of changes and new functionality
\n\tUser training and support
\n\tSystem analysis and documentation
\n\tProject Management
\n\tDesign and create data models
\n\tCreate and maintain the data dictionary\/glossary
\n\tDesign and create data products to help improve business processes and decision making<\/p>\n

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of;<\/p>\n
\tStatistics,\u00a0
\n\tMathematics,\u00a0
\n\tOperational Research,\u00a0
\n\tIndustrial Engineering,\u00a0
\n\tInformation Systems\u00a0
\n\tComputer Science
\n\t65% average
\n\tSouth African Citizen
\n\t18 – 33 Years Old\u00a0
\n\t0 – 1 year working experience
\n\tWillingness to travel
\n\tDriver\u2019s licence (advantageous)
\n\tIntermediate level of computer skills (Google Suite or Microsoft Office)
\n\tCompetencies required: Analytical, systematic, detail orientated, assertive, driven, \u00a0excellent communication and time management skills, good presentation skills, team player, can cope with periods of high stress and take initiative \u00a0<\/p>\n
