What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tPerform reconciliations timeously and according to advised deadlines to ensure the correct and complete allocation of valid payroll transactions.
\n\tPreparing reconciliations and related reports, including, but not limited to, the following:
\n\tSalary control account recons
\n\tBank recons
\n\tProvident fund recons
\n\tAOD recons
\n\tStaff debtor recons
\n\tHolds recons
\n\tTerminations recons
\n\tEMP501 reconciliation reports
\n\tIT14SD recons
\n\tReporting related to recons
\n\tAd hoc, variance and analysis reporting as required
\n\tPreparing\/processing\/checking payroll journals and reconciling to payroll documents
\n\tWork closely with the Finance department to research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities, prepare and maintain accurate records.
\n\tProvide support to line managers and the finance department with payroll reconciliation related concerns and queries.
\n\tPerforms other and related duties and general admin as required.<\/p>\n
