Role Purpose<\/p>\n
As Forensics Director, you will:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement the forensic investigation and accounting strategy, policies, and methodologies.
\n\tEstablish clear protocols and guidelines to ensure industry-aligned investigation standards.
\n\tReview investigation reports and ensure procedural and legal integrity.
\n\tSupport internal fraud and corruption reporting mechanisms.
\n\tDeliver high-quality operational and strategic reports.
\n\tCultivate relationships with law enforcement and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
\n\tChampion continuous improvement in the forensic division\u2019s operations and client service.
\n\tProvide leadership across service delivery, business development, and team performance.
\n\tContribute to talent development and succession planning.
\n\tOversee business development initiatives to expand client reach and market presence.<\/p>\n

Technical:<\/p>\n

\n\tExperience managing digital forensics, cyber intelligence, business intelligence, and investigative teams.
\n\tStrong report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
\n\tCapable of managing multiple priorities and leading high-performing teams.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum NQF level 8 qualification in Accounting (BCom Honours or equivalent) or Law (LLB, BProc, BJuris), registered with SAICA or a relevant professional body.
\n\tA Master\u2019s degree in a legal or financial field is highly advantageous.
\n\tCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation is required.
\n\tFP(SA) designation will be a plus.
\n\tMinimum of 15 years\u2019 experience in forensic investigations, with at least 10 years at a senior management level.
\n\tProven ability in consulting, client management, business development, and report writing.
\n\tExperience working across both public and private sectors.<\/p>\n
