\tMake input in the preparation of the strategic and operational audit plans in accordance with the acceptable audit standards and results of the risk assessments conducted by Risk Management.
\n\tConduct, plan, execute and report on internal audit projects and adhocs in line with the Global Internal Audit standards and the CSOS internal audit methodology.
\n\tPrepare and present factual informal queries\/draft findings to magagement for discussion and to solicite management comments. factual audit report on significant findings and recommendations, in line with the audit cycles as approved as per audit methodology.
\n\tUtilize technology audit tools and resources in support of the Internal Audit methodology.
\n\tEngage with internal clients and stakeholders through regular liaison, consultations and presentations with the objective of achieving improved customer satisfaction and awareness.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Internal Auditing, Commerce, and Accounting
\n\tCertified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification would be an added advantage
\n\t2\u20135 years\u2019 experience in the internal auditing profession within a corporate or public sector organization
\n\tKnowledge and understanding of the following:
\n\tRelevant legislation including the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations (TR)
\n\tGlobal Internal Audit Standards
\n\tInternal Audit Principles
\n\tProject Management
\n\tPolicy Review
\n\tEffective Communication
\n\tRisk Management

\n\tBusiness Advisory
\n\tAuditing
\n\tAnalytical Skills
\n\tMonitoring and Reporting<\/p>\n
