\tMoore Midlands is looking for a Manager in their Audit Division. \u00a0Successful candidates will need to manage the operation of our System of Quality Management (SoQM) based on International Standard of Quality Management (ISQM1). ISQM1is a global standard that requires audit firms to identify and respond to quality risks as part of a firmwide system of quality management.
\n\tThe role requires high standards in terms of service quality, technical competence and needs a confident, effective individual who can communicate across a diverse team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building strong client relationships.
\n\tCandidates will need to deliver on standard role-related administrative tasks and strict statutory requirements.

Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tStrong analytical and communication skills
\n\tQualified or eligible to register as a CA(SA)
\n\tCompletion of SAICA Training contract \u2013 Audit & Assurance elective
\n\tExcellent knowledge of the ISA\u2019s
\n\tExcellent knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS and IFRS for SME\u2019s.
\n\tWorking knowledge of SAICA, IRBA and other applicable Professional Codes of Conduct
\n\tKnowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office and CaseWare.
\n\tProficient in CaseWare working papers
\n\tHave played an active role in reviewing juniors\u2019 work and providing on-the-job training
\n\tStrong tax knowledge
\n\tStrong communication skills (written and spoken)
\n\t1-year post articles experience
\n\tSound ethical values required
\n\tTime management skills
\n\tInterpersonal skills and attention to detail<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tYou support firm management by conducting risk assessment and overseeing the ongoing operation of controls. As a contact point for the firm, you will obtain an in-depth understanding of the firm\u2019s SoQM processes and controls and interact with various departments and the global network.
\n\tYou will have the opportunity to shape processes in our growing team, and follow regular SoQM methodology training and reporting requirements of the Moore Network.
\n\tEnsure the audit team complies with policies, audit approach, auditing standards and regulations and appropriately identify, address and mitigate client, engagement and audit risks
\n\tRecommend internal audit controls for effective management
\n\tIntegrate best practices into the audit programs
\n\tLock down files on time
\n\tNurtures and guides team members and shares expertise and knowledge on an ongoing basis
\n\tFormal internal training done as required
\n\tProvide guidance to audit teams
\n\tActs as a role model and inspires others to embrace and live the values<\/p>\n
