\tmonthly Rental Invoices
\n\tStock and other invoices
\n\tPayroll
\n\tRevenue and debtors
\n\tJournals
\n\tAsset registers
\n\tSign off and posting of cashbooks
\n\tSign off and posting of supplier imports
\n\tPosting of Invoices and Purchase Orders on Accounting system. To ensure accuracy and authorization as per company policy.
\n\tFinalising Trial balances monthly
\n\tReviewing payments before sending them to FM and CFO
\n\tVAT reports and processing of VAT returns
\n\tMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
\n\tPreparing management accounts by agreed target dates
\n\tCompiling projection by agreed target dates
\n\tGeneral Ledger monthly transaction meetings with Hospital Managers
\n\tAssisting Financial Manager as and when required
\n\tManaging the ageing of all supplier and customer accounts \u2013 stay within 30 days.
\n\tSigning off, of the Creditors Clerks monthly supplier reconciliations
\n\tEnsure that the audit files are completed and updated daily by the team.
\n\tAssisting with Audit preparation and enquiries.
\n\tPreparation of audit file for external audit
\n\tAssist with budget preparation.
\n\tStanding in for Creditor Clerks absence when required.

REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tCom Accounting Degree with signed SAIPA articles.
\n\tDynamics Business Central 365 experience will be an added advantage.
\n\tMinimum 2-year commercial experience.
\n\tAdvanced Microsoft Office skills
\n\tGood communication and leadership skills
