Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tYour day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and responding to trending content opportunities, conceptualizing, shooting, and editing social-first content, and ensuring that all output aligns with our clients\u2019 brand objectives. You will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our clients’ social media presence through innovative content executions.
\n\tYour focus will be largely centered around tactical proposals and executions for social media. Ideally this would require you to collaborate very closely with our Social and Influencer Marketing departments to ensure ongoing access to online listening, trends, insights, and brand opportunities.\u00a0
\n\tYou will need to have experience of managing creative products from start to finish; you would be required to ideate and deliver final creative products for social media and other online channels. From conceptualizing and story-boarding ideas through to creating the execution of content \u2013 filming \/ lighting & editing to photographing & retouching.
\n\tConceptualize, storyboard, and execute social-first content, including video, photography, and motion graphics – pre-planned, ad-hoc and quick turn-around visual content creation.
\n\tCollaborate closely with the content producer, social media managers and in-house creative teams to develop engaging content for social platforms.
\n\tProduction: Art Direction, Videography, Photography, Illustration & Design.
\n\tPostproduction: Editing, retouching, FA etc.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent proposal and presentation skills with the ability to build client relationships.
\n\tClear understanding of production requirements and be able to work effectively within timelines and budgets\u00a0
\n\tAbility to multitask several creative projects and able to work under tight deadlines
\n\tBe on the forefront of trends and innovations on the local & international landscape for social media, photography, videography and editing techniques.\u00a0
\n\tShoot and edit content using a variety of tools, including TikTok\u2019s in-app editor, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant software.
\n\tEnsure all content is aligned with clients\u2019 brand messaging, marketing goals, and visual identity.
\n\tManage and maintain content production equipment, ensuring readiness for on-the-go content creation.
\n\tActively participate in creative A\/B and content performance testing.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant degree and\/or qualifications (against this job spec)
\n\t3-5 years’ relevant experience (against this job spec)
\n\tPortfolio displaying your own conceptual and strategic design and editing \/ story telling skills
\n\tExperience with diverse types of production equipment and software
\n\tExperience in creating and executing brand content for social and online platforms including email, website, app and\/or paid media.<\/p>\n
