RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\u00a0Data Collection & Analysis<\/p>\n
\tAccurate collation and analysis of information for submission to external parties and audits. Ensure accurate recording of information on any systems used internally or by external parties.
\n\tAssist in setting up and maintaining administration processes.<\/p>\n
Operational Compliance<\/p>\n
\tDevelop working knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.<\/p>\n
Document and Data Management<\/p>\n
\tCreate, organize and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.<\/p>\n
Client & Customer Management<\/p>\n
\tHelp manage clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tEffectively build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and partners.
\n\tEnsure effective service delivery to meet stakeholders\u2019 needs within specified SLA\u2019s.
\n\tProvide ad hoc project support within the department.<\/p>\n
Work Scheduling and Allocation<\/p>\n
\tOrganize own work schedule in order to get the job done.<\/p>\n
Personal Capability Building<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.<\/p>\n
General Education<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent
\n\tDiploma in Compliance or Degree in the Law(Advantageous)<\/p>\n
General Experience<\/p>\n
\t2 or more years’ experience in an administrative role dealing with compliance administration.
\n\tGeneral administration services and data collation experience.<\/p>\n
