\tDaily filing.
\n\tDaily capturing of timesheets and PPE Management.
\n\tAssisting the Site Manager with paperwork.
\n\tAssisting with Audits.
\n\tAssisting with on- site training.
\n\tPreparation of Safety files.
\n\tManagement of \u00a0Staff Compliment.
\n\tManagement of new engagement and personnel files
\n\tCapturing of job cards
\n\tMust be able to issue chemicals from the chemical store.
\n\tAny additional duties related to the position.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12.
\n\tAble to lead and give clear instructions.
\n\tMust be computer literate with excellent communication skills.
\n\tAble to work a night shift position and willing to work over weekends.
\n\tExperience in the cleaning of food processing facilities is advantageous.
\n\tKnowledge of Cleanwize procedures is essential.
\n\tProficient in iLeader.
\n\tTotal Quality Management Systems.
\n\tHigh \u2013 Quality administrative skills required.
\n\tMeet key delivery dates. \u00a0<\/p>\n
