\tTo administer the AFGRI E-Commerce Operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of online sales, inventory, and customer service.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nMinimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tCertificate\/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
\n\t2 \u2013 3 years of experience in the retail environment with an understanding of the supply chain process
\n\tExperience in the E-Commerce environment or digital marketing roles with an understanding of E-Commerce platforms (advantageous)
\n\tExperience in vendor\/supplier management<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
Administration and Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tObtain and upload original invoices with supporting documents to the relevant system
\n\tProcess orders for service vendors and track order status
\n\tEnsure invoice information is correct and issued according to SARS requirements
\n\tPrepare and send documentation for payment and handle supplier queries
\n\tInventory Control and Product Sourcing:
\n\tManage online master data and content monitoring
\n\tConduct online catalogue sanity checks and source accurate product information
\n\tMaintain promotional items and pricing, and monitor out-of-stock products<\/p>\n
Operational Process and Support:<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Assist with the procurement of escalated orders and returns processing
\n\tSupervise operational processes such as goods receiving, order processing, and dispatching
\n\tManage operational materials and ensure efficient support<\/p>\n
Stock Management:<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Manage inventory dependent on minimum orders and long lead times
\n\tControl stock forecasting and management for promotional items and marketing campaigns
\n\tReport on inventory levels and turnover, and participate in branch stock counts<\/p>\n
Customer Service:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain good supplier and customer relationships
\n\tGenerate and convert leads into sales
\n\tHandle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses<\/p>\n
Technical Competencies<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
\n\tWorking knowledge of eCommerce technologies and platforms
\n\tExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning tools (SAP, SAGE, Kerridge)
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
