WHAT WE\u2019RE LOOKING FOR:<\/p>\n
\tExperience: At least 5 years as an IT Project Manager, handling implementation, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project delivery.
\n\tEducation: Matric is essential. A degree in IT or formal Project Management qualifications (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) will give you a strong edge!
\n\tTechnical Know-How: Extensive experience with MS Project, JIRA, DevOps, and other project management tools.
\n\tChange Management Expertise: You understand how to lead transformation and drive organisational change.
\n\tPeople Skills: You can build strong relationships, lead workshops, and communicate like a pro.<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU\u2019LL BE DOING:<\/p>\n
\tManaging projects through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
\n\tPlanning, executing, and overseeing all project phases \u2013 from concept to completion
\n\tTracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables like a boss
\n\tLiaising with Business Analysts, Testers, and Developers to keep projects on track
\n\tManaging scope changes and keeping stakeholders in the loop
\n\tLeading workshops, presenting at Steerco meetings, and driving collaboration
\n\tKeeping risks in check and ensuring top-quality project delivery<\/p>\n
