REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tEducation: Diploma in General Nursing \/ B Cur Degree or relevant nursing qualification with SANC registration.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t5-10 years of management experience in the private healthcare sector, OR
\n\t5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
\n\tAdditional Requirements:
\n\tCode 8 driver\u2019s license and own transport.
\n\tComputer proficiency (MS Office).
\n\tStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\n\tSound knowledge of healthcare legislation, financial management, and business principles.
\n\tAbility to work in a high-pressure environment with on-call and overtime availability as required.<\/p>\n
