Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrates leadership amongst peers by demonstrating personal customer service and selling skills, participating and being fully engaged with the team
\n\tSupervise employees to complete tasks and achieve goals in the absence of Store Management
\n\tManage shop floor and drive sales by addressing customer concerns, motivating and training employees
\n\tEnsure that merchandising is as per LINDT standards, daily stock replenishment takes place, marketing communication is in order, store cleanliness is as per LINDT standards, all operational tasks completed
\n\tOpen and close the store following proper procedures documented in the opening and closing checklist
\n\tEnsure doors are opened\/closed properly
\n\tComplete the necessary banking according to the proper procedure
\n\tExecute lead cashier responsibilities such as returns, exchange, expenses
\n\tRemain current on all company policies and ensure that all policies, standards, and procedures are maintained and followed in a consistent manner
\n\tStays current and up-to-date on all store systems<\/p>\n
Product Knowledge<\/p>\n
\tComprehensive understanding of products including, but not limited to, product specifications (handling, ingredients, storage, allergens)
\n\tProduct pricing, packaging, and category performance knowledge
\n\tComply with product management and handling procedures
\n\tCompliance with food and hygiene and safety standards practicing good hygienic practices<\/p>\n
