\tServe as a trusted liaison between the CEO internal\/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-through
\n\tProvide high level board and governance support, including the preparation and distribution of board packs, minutes, and resolution
\n\tConduct strategic research to support business decisions, offering insights on market trends, competitors, and opportunities
\n\tSupport the CEO by coordinating high-level events, workshops, and executive functions, and assisting with meeting arrangements when required
\n\tOversee special projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery
\n\tDraft and review executive communications and maintain professional relationships on behalf of the CEO
\n\tHandle confidential documentation, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
\n\tProvide comprehensive administrative support including travel, expenses, and meeting logistics.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
What are we looking for:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric certificate (essential)
\n\tMinimum of 5 years experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite or senior leadership
\n\tProven experience managing multiple executive calendars, preparing high-level reports, and coordinating complex travel itineraries
\n\tAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\n\tStrong command of written and verbal communication in English
\n\tExperience in handling confidential information with discretion
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own reliable transport<\/p>\n
