Key Performance Output<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Supervisor Surveillance and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
\tFirst line Response to and report all incidents and accidents according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
\n\tProactively monitor and control CCTV surveillance according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including criminal activities and unlawful interferences.
\n\tReview CCTV surveillance footage to assist with investigations and incidents, including criminal activities.
\n\tSafekeeping and archiving of records.
\n\tOperate according to ICAO, NKP and SACAA and other relevant Legislation and all ACSA policies and procedures.
\n\tAssess and report all faulty equipment.
\n\tBuild and maintain sound internal and external stakeholder \/ customer relations whilst balancing enforcement with professionalism.
\n\tCollaborate with Government Agencies and SAPS to combat Crime.
\n\tFirst-line response to all potential unlawful interferences (misconduct) and airport emergencies and activate relevant call-out procedures Mandatory reporting of all incidents.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate; Grade 12 – Essential
\n\t3 years Operational experience \u2013 Essential
\n\t\u00a0National Key Point (NKP) Certification
\n\tPrivate Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade C
\n\tSouth African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) Basic Aviation Security (AVSEC).
